On September 27th from 2:00 - 3:30pm, NCLC Stay Connected staff will be offering a free Utility Consumer Rights Course over Zoom. The course is geared towards advocates and front-line social service workers who work with low-income Massachusetts clients. More information about the course can be found here. The training lasts about 90 minutes including a short break and time for questions: please RSVP here. For folks who have already attended a course in the past, please do not hesitate to sign up for a refresher, some COVID protections have been updated.

We will also be offering Open Energy and Utility Q&A Hours on October 17th from 1:00-2:00. We will be joined by Liz Berube, Executive Director at Citizens for Citizens, who will present briefly on LIHEAP – best application practices, common application errors to avoid, etc. - and then will stay on to help field questions and comments related to LIHEAP.

If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to stayconnected@nclc.org.

Thank you!
