SAO not available this afternoon! + webinar recordings on medical expenses & public charge
DTA's Holyoke office is moving from the 2nd floor of their current location to the 1st floor - the office will be closed today starting at 12 PM and remain closed tomorrow (Friday). It will be open as usual on Monday, 11/18. The Senior Assistance Office (SAO) serving SNAP households who are 60+ by phone will also be closed only for today starting at noon. Community groups and clients can call the regular DTA Assistance Line in the meantime (877-382-2363) or leave a voicemail on the SAO number to get a call back.
