Virtual Public Hearing Description


The virtual hearing is to receive testimony from the public on findings and recommendations that address health disparities for underserved or underrepresented populations* during the COVID-19 pandemic, pursuant to the Health Equity Task Force established by section 2 of Chapter 93 of the Acts of 2020


[* underserved or underrepresented  based on culture, race, ethnicity, language, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, geographic location, or age...]


The public hearing will be available for viewing via livestream from the state legislature’s homepage and archived for public access afterward.

Public Testimony is Encouraged.  


Oral testimony is encouraged and limited to 3 minutes.  To sign up in advance, please email Donna Fox ( and Morgan McCallister ( on behalf of the Co-Chairs with the subject line: "Health Equity Hearing Oral Testimony" by September 14 at 5 PM.


Written testimony may be emailed by September 16 at 5 PM to Donna Fox and Morgan McCallister (email addresses above) with the subject line: "Health Equity Hearing Written Testimony."  

Written testimony is encouraged even for those providing oral testimony.
