Operations Bulletin 2015-14: Proper Completion of the Authorization for Reimbursement of Interim Assistance (AP-SSI-IAR)

As part of a recent Social Security review, DTA staff is reminded that an Authorization for Reimbursement of Interim Assistance (AP-SSI-IAR) must be completed accurately and reflect the appropriate SSI claim situation for all EAEDC clients. To ensure the form is valid, only the Initial Claim Only or the Post-eligibility Case Only box must be checked when completing this form.  If both boxes are checked on one form, SSA will consider the form invalid.
