OLGT 2021-23: EAEDC: Authorization for Reimbursement of Assistance (AP-SSI-IAR) Improvements

Staff have identified challenges in the accurate completion of the Authorization for Reimbursement of Assistance (AP-SSI-IAR) form. When the AP-SSI-IAR form is generated from BEACON it will now print with the client information and the appropriate claim type populated, effective April 2, 2021. Clients will only need to sign and date the form. This will greatly reduce instances of the form being completed incorrectly or returned incomplete.
