The Administration & Finance Bulletin #16 issued in August 2010, requiring all state agencies in the Executive Branch to submit a plan that described how their agency provides equal access to limited English proficient (LEP) populations, and gave guidance about how to create a Language Access Plan.
Massachusetts Rehabiliation Commission (MRC) completed their Language Access Plan on April 11, 2011, please see attached.
