Even though claimant's enrollment in TAA-approved training was not within the statutory deadlines, where she filed all TRA paperwork promptly and the delay was due to an administrative error over which she had no control, she will be considered to have complied with the requirements and is eligible for TRA allowances.(Deborah Roher, private practitioner)
