85 Orgs on No-Nutrition Cuts letter to Congress - Please Add your Org! Income Maximization Basic Benefits Training on 12/16/16

Still time to sign onto "No Cuts" letter to Mass Congressional Delegation!

This is a brief reminder to SIGN ONTO the Organizational Sign on letter to Congress to protect and defend SNAP and all federal nutrition programs.  To see a copy of the letter, click on letter HERE.

To add your organization's name to this letter, please click on the following link:

As of this AM, we have 85 Massachusetts organizations on the letter! Let's make it 100!

We also need to start collecting recipient STORIES of how SNAP, WIC, School Meals, TEFAP and other federal nutrition programs currently make a difference and/or have in the past when they fell on hard times. We are hoping that recipients and former recipients will share these stories with their local Member of Congress, Governor Baker and, if possible, with the press. Please note, not all stories need to be for media for clients reluctant to do that, but still important for elected officials to hear. We will follow up separately on that.

Here's a recent story of hunger on Martha's Vineyard that is very powerful:
