In his proposed budget for FY 16, the Governor is anticipating that MassHealth average annual enrollment will drop by 200,000 people between FY 2015 & FY 2016 due to redeterminations/renewals.

MassHealth suspended annual renewals for most people under age 65 from Oct. 2013 to Feb. 2015. MassHealth resumed annual renewals in February 2015.
