Heads of household who get SNAP, cash (TAFDC or EAEDC) or health benefits (MassHealth, Commonwealth Care, Health Safety Net, Children’s Medical Security Plan, Healthy Start) can now use the Virtual Gateway to see case information online. Information about this is at www.mass.gov/vg/selfservice.  Households need to register for a Virtual Gateway account in order to see their information.
