2009 Federal Poverty Guidelines Remain in Effect Until Further Notice

The Secretary of Health and Human Services will not be issuing updated poverty guidelines for 2010 until at least May 31, 2010 -- the 2009 guidelines continue to remain in effect.  The HHS announcement about this can be found here.
