Shriver Center Releases 2009 Poverty Scorecard

The Shriver Center's 2009 Poverty Scorecard [ http://povertyscorecard.org/ ], released on February 1, 2010, grades the performance of each member of the United States Congress on the most important poverty-related issues that came to a vote in 2009. The purpose of the Scorecard is to hold Congress accountable for either advancing or derailing efforts to ensure equal opportunity for all Americans.
