During the first two weeks of January 2009, the Department will issue the annual informational mailing about federal and state tax credits and child care assistance.  Included with this mailing, the Department will inform clients and certain former clients about the ability to meet TAFDC requirements with school and study, as well as the Food Stamp Program name change.
