Notice to 9000 CMSP children of upgrade to MassHealth

This is a notice MassHealth sent to about 9000 children now on CMSP who will qualify for MassHealth Family Assistance after July 1, 2006. These children will be automatically enrolled in early July and sent a second notice of decision & additional information about their new coverage
