Links to Parent Handbook of Parent Rights in several languages and memo from the state Special Education Director to all special education administrators about the updated Parent Notice of Procedural Safeguards (PNPS) which replaces the previous PNPS from 2008. The memo advises the administrators that this PNPS should now be given to parents at least yearly and includes a link to the revised PNPS.
