Legal and administrative support position at CPR/Newton 1/2 time

The Center for Public Representation, a public interest law firm advocating on behalf of individuals with disabilities seeks a highly motivated and organized person, working half-time, to provide some administrative and significant legal support in our Newton office.  Responsibilities will include answering phones, client intakes, general administrative duties such as basic correspondence/record requests, filing, ordering supplies, conference room coordination, photocopying/scanning, incoming/outgoing mail management and travel arrangements.  Legal support will entail document review, exhibit/document preparation, ECF filing, Westlaw research and assistance with expert reviews.  Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat is essential.  Salary is dependent on experience.  Fluency in a second language preferred.  For full consideration please apply by December 13, 2016.    To apply, send resume and cover letter tokrucker@cpr-ma.org.   Subject Line:  Legal Support Position.  The Center for Public Representation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
