IDEA
The Individuals with Disabilities Education Act of 2004 (IDEA) is the federal special education law. Congress originally passed the Education for All Handicapped Children Act (Public Law 94-142) in 1975. The act was renamed Individuals with Disabilities Education Act in 1990 and since then the law has been amended several times.Resources in this Category
