In addition, November 2007 FS benefits will be recalculated using the Heating/ Cooling SUA as anticipated recipients of the H-EAT Fuel Assistance Program. A Field Operations Memo on the H-EAT Fuel Assistance Program is being finalized for distribution early next week.
