An Individualized Education Program, or IEP, is a written statement for each student with a disability that is developed, reviewed and revised in a meeting in accordance with federal and state special education law. An IEP must include information regarding the student’s current levels of development, measurable annual goals, how the student’s progress will be measured and the special education and related services that will be provided to the student.
