| Link to Committee for Public Counsel Services (MA Public Defenders) Contact CPCS for assistance with clearing up Massachusetts-based default warrants and probation violations. Clients must meet indigency standards in SJC Rule 3:10 (see http://www.lawlib.state.ma.us/sjc310.html) in order to get a CPCS attorney and an attorney will not be assigned until the client appears in court in Massachusetts.
