DISABILITY SERVICE IMPROVEMENT (DSI) PROCESS
This section of the website contains information and materials related to the new Administrative Review Process for Adjudicating Initial Disability Claims. This process, called Disability Service Improvement (DSI), will be rolled out first in Region I (including Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine) beginning in August 2006. Advocates interested in joining a listserv to discuss this new process may email Barbara Siegel at bsiegel@dlc-ma.org.
