| Jan 2006 Federal Poverty Guidelines; 200% Food Stamp Categorical Eligibility Rules Attached is a chart with the recently updated FPL. It was prepared with EA in mind, as the EA guidelines changed based on the FPL change. But in addition to EA, the 200% gross income test used for families under the "categorically eligibility" food stamp rules (106 CMR 364.976) should also increase immediately. Although the 130% gross income test and the net income tests do not increase until October 1st, the gross income test for categorical eligibility is pegged to the FPL and historically DTA has revised it when HHS revises the numbers. | 1/24/2006 | ||
