The district court must enforce an administrative agency subpoena if it is issued according to statutory procedures, for a purpose authorized by Congress, and the information sought is relevant to that purpose and adequately described. The role of a court in a subpoena enforcement proceeding is limited to inquiring whether these requirements are met. Affidavits of government officials sufficient to make out a prima facie case that these requirements are satisfied.
