The clinics and informational sessions listed below were scheduled as of July 12. For dates and times of additional informational clinics for clients, go to the MIRA event calendar.

Catholic Charities

TPS clinics will be held on the following dates:

  • Saturday, July 10, 2010, 10:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m., Hatian Multi-Cultural Center, 185 Columbia Road Dorchester, MA
  • Saturday, July 17, 2010, 10:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m., Hatian Multi-Cultural Center, 185 Columbia Road Dorchester, MAPlease call our hotline number (617) 464-8004 to register in advance and find out more about what documents to bring with you.

Aids Action Committee Legal Services Department

Walk-in clinics to provide information about TPS and to assist in filling out the necessary forms. Please direct questions about the clinic to our Legal Line at 617-450-1317.

  • Mondays from 10:00 -noon (first clinic is January 25); AAC office, 75 Amory Street, Boston Open to all Haitians, not just clients of AAC and not just those with HIV.
  • Fridays from 1-3 p.m (first Friday clinic on Jan. 29); Cambridge Cares About Aids office, 17 Sellers Street, Cambridge. This clinic will only be for clients of CCAA at this time.

Greater Boston Legal Services

  • Clinics on  Tuesday evenings from 6:00 - 8:00 at GBLS - 197 Friend St., Boston, MA.  Call GBLS, 617-371-1234 to confirm that the clinic is happening on the date you are interested in.

Medical-Legal Partnership | Boston at Boston Medical Center

The Medical-Legal Partnership | Boston at Boston Medical Center is sponsoring legal clinics that will help eligible Haitians apply for Temporary Protected Status. The clinic will be held on Wednesdays from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Boston Health Care for the Homeless at 780 Albany St., and will be open to patients of Boston Medical Center who meet financial and other eligibility requirements. The clinic will begin on Wednesday, February 24, 2010 and will operate until the close of the TPS application process in July 2010.

ABCD Parker Hill/Fenway Neighborhood Service Center 

We are doing TPS by appointments at the ABCD office in Mission Hill. We also provide other services at our multi services office, such as housing and job search, food pantry, fuel assistance, esol classes and many referrals.
